Le Vui (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a Twin Cities–based date concierge service. We care about your privacy as much as we care about your date night. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Le Vui is operated out of Minnesota, USA. The best way to reach us is hello@levui-love.com.
What we collect
- Contact info you give us — your name, email, and anything you tell us when you email us or book a consultation.
- Booking details — consultations are scheduled through Google Calendar, which collects the info you enter on its booking page (name, email, date/time, and any notes you add).
- Date planning info — preferences, dietary notes, neighborhood, vibe, budget — whatever you share so we can plan well.
- Basic site data — standard request logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) from our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use it
- To plan and deliver your date or consultation.
- To reply to your emails and follow up on bookings.
- To send occasional updates about Le Vui — only if you ask us to.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted services to run Le Vui:
- Google Calendar — to book and manage consultations.
- Our hosting and backend providers — to serve this site and store data securely.
- Vendors and venues — only the details needed to make your date happen (e.g., a reservation name and party size).
We’ll also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our clients or team.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you’re in California, you also have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children
Le Vui is intended for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed to make the site work. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we do our best to keep your details safe.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be highlighted on the site or in an email if you’ve given us yours.
